Training in Industrial and Graphic Design taught me to design for people first. Years later, agency-side and in-house, that instinct still drives my work. Creating brands, products and applications that inspire, give joy or genuinely make users’ lives better is the best we can hope for in this profession. I set vision, hire teams, win work, and stay hands-on across the process. I often build what I design, or work alongside the people who do.
